Summary

For a personal project, I decided to challenge myself with Puzzle Design and Unity Scripting, which are two things I had struggled with in the past.

I first researched what makes a good Puzzle Game and documented analyses of Puzzle Games, looking at what makes them good or bad, and taking away some things for my own game.

I programmed my own gravity system, as using Unity's physics system would not have worked for this game, and implemented two core mechanics to the game; Changing gravitation direction and force.

Finally, I used the research I did to create a Puzzle Game Prototype of which I am proud of. The Unity

Learning Outcomes

Puzzle & Level Design: Designed the puzzle mechanics and multiple rooms with each their own, original puzzle.

Research and Documentation: Researched existing puzzle games and how to make good puzzle games.

Unity C# Scripting: Made the prototype in Unity and programmed with C#.
